One of my favorite parts of this job is photographing families year after year. I love seeing familiar faces and watching your family grow. The family featured here were return clients, and planning their Colleyville family session brought me so much joy.
They wanted their photos in a place that held meaning – a part of DFW that mattered to them. We chose two locations that brought this family joy, including the spot where these parents took their own homecoming photos as teens (I mean… how cool is that?). I was excited to craft a session around places that mattered to them. Your session can take place anywhere – outdoors, in-studio, or at home. At each location, we let our time together unfold naturally. The little ones explored, snuggled, and showed off their playful personalities while I focused on capturing meaningful moments. Giggles, little snuggles, and playful chasing naturally came together to tell a story of a family with littles – joyful, silly, and tender. By following the kids’ lead, we captured genuine connection without ever forcing a pose.
