When I think of motherhood, I think of so many things. Joy, tenderness, exhaustion, wild, heartfelt, beautiful, messy. There are so many ups and downs. And yet, if I could do one thing, it would be to slow it down. With two young kids of my own, I know how quickly each phase passes even when it feels slow in the moment.
As a Fort Worth newborn and family photographer, motherhood has always been at the center of my work. Both as a mom and a photographer, the photos of moms with their little ones are always some of my favorites. Moms are the center of it all.
Each year, I host a day of motherhood sessions, short and sweet sessions designed to give you space to slow down and capture the little details of your life. Most importantly, these sessions give you a chance to be IN the frame.
However, your motherhood photography session doesn’t have to happen on that one day. We can create a cozy indoor session at home, in a studio, or head outside to explore. I promise that one day, you’ll long for these photos. They capture tiny glimpses of days that feel both endless and too short: little giggles, soft snuggles, and wild toddler energy.
