Santa is coming to Amber Ray Photography on November 21, 2026 in Fort Worth! This year’s Fort Worth Santa mini sessions will take place in studio at The Lumen Room in Willow Park, just west of Fort Worth. Skip the long lines and enjoy 8-10 unhurried minutes with Santa in a cozy and festive setting. Your little ones can take their time saying hello while I capture genuine and sweet moments. You’ll receive a gallery of at least 8 digital images ready to download, print, and share, plus crafts and treats for the kids while you wait. Frequently Asked Questions – Fort Worth Santa Mini Sessions
What can I expect during the Santa mini session?
Your family will have about 8-10 minutes of studio time. That gives time for kids to say hi to Santa, take a few pics, and, if you’d like, for the whole family to jump in. Some kids warm right up and others need a little more time! Some may want a story read while others are ready for a quick hi and bye! Whatever it is, we’ll move at your child’s pace. No pressure, just sweet moments.
Can parents be in the photos too?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to join from the start or jump in if your little one needs comfort.
What if my little one cries while meeting Santa?
No worries! Whether it’s a tiny pout, a big cry, or a cuddle with mom or dad, we’ll go with it. These real moments often turn into the funniest and most treasured Santa photos. I always recommend being ready to jump in in case your little one gets nervous or needs you to hold them.
Is there an option to take photos without Santa?
If you’d like a few photos without Santa, we can take 1-2 quick portraits during your session time. However, the main focus of this event is time with Santa, so if you’re looking for family photos, reach out here to inquire.
What should we wear for Santa photos?
Cozy Christmas PJs, holiday best, or soft neutrals like cream, beige, or pastels all look beautiful. Avoid large logos or busy patterns so the focus stays on your faces.
Are Santa minis good for babies and toddlers?
Yes! Babies often do great meeting Santa or snuggled in your arms. Toddlers can be unpredictable, but that’s the fun park! We’ll follow their lead as they get to meet Santa.
How early should we arrive?
Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time so your family has time to settle in before meeting Santa. There will be crafts and treats to enjoy while you wait. Since sessions run back-to-back, arriving late may shorten the time of your session, so please try to be on time. I do my best to keep things running on time.
When will we get our Santa photos back?
Turnaround time is 10 days. If you’d like them soon, you can add on expedited delivery at booking and receive your images within 5 days.
What kinds of prints and products are available?
Your gallery shop is connected to a high-quality print shop. You’ll find a variety of prints, albums, and ornaments ready to order.
