Petite motherhood sessions capture this season in a simple, meaningful way while keeping the experience relaxed and easy for you and your children.
Each spring, I open a limited number of petite motherhood sessions on select dates. These sessions include a beautifully edited gallery, a small gift for you and your littles, and two packages to choose from. This year’s petite motherhood sessions will take place on April 11 in Dallas or April 26 in Fort Worth. You can book your spot here.

A motherhood session is a photo session designed to celebrate you, mom. Too often you’re the one behind the camera instead of in the photos. It’s a chance to celebrate the beauty, tenderness, joy, and love layered in this season of motherhood.
I offer full-length motherhood sessions customized for each mom, and every spring I open a limited number of motherhood petite sessions. These are perfect for a simple and sweet experience. And offered just in time to make a beautiful Mother’s Day gift.
Motherhood sessions focus on mom. They are perfect for moms with their littles, expecting mothers, moms raising teens, or even documenting multiple generations of motherhood within your family.
Spouses are welcome to step in for a few photos at the end, but the focus of the session is the connection between you and your littles. If you’re interested in a session including the whole family, I recommend a full-length family session to allow for more time and variety.
The most important rule for all of my sessions is that moms choose what makes them feel most beautiful and comfortable. I provide styling guidance and outfit combination ideas for a variety of looks, whether you prefer something colorful and bold, simple and cozy, or a soft, flowy dress.
You will also have the option to choose between two collections, one of which includes access to my client closet of women’s dresses to make outfit planning even easier.
You truly don’t need to worry about this. I have photographed children in every mood. Wild, shy, silly, and those who want almost nothing to do with me. Whatever they bring that day, we will roll with it. There is so much beauty in the little in-between moments.
I’ll prepare using your questionnaire responses and arrive with gentle prompts and a few tricks up my sleeve, but we always follow your child’s lead and let things unfold naturally.

I also offer full-length motherhood sessions year round at a location meaningful to you. If you want more time or a fully customized experience, a full-length session lets you slow down and customize it. Many families choose to bundle a motherhood session with their yearly family photos.
