Classic Photos with Personality
Frequently Asked Questions about Fort Worth Personality Portraits

What are personality portraits?
Personality portraits are timeless images that capture your little one’s individuality. No stiff poses or cookie-cutter approaches—just authentic moments of them! These sessions are ideal for children older than six months and are perfect for a quick milestone session. Personality portraits make for beautiful photos to frame in your home or gift to loved ones.
What will the session feel like?
My goal is simple: to let your little one’s personality shine in every image. Whether they need a moment to warm up or jump right in, the session is tailored to them. With just 10 minutes per session, your little ones get a little bit of time to warm-up.

How should I prep kids for personality portraits?
Let your child know ahead of time that they’ll be taking photos. Share why it’s important and remind them it’ll be fun!
Parents, your job during the session is to relax—let me handle the rest! If your little one has favorite songs, toys, or a beloved stuffed animal, bring them along. These personal touches can help them feel at ease and bring out their best smiles. Our goal is to keep the experience light, fun, and stress-free.

What should they wear?
There isn’t one right answer or perfect outfit. I’ll send styling tips suggesting neutral, simple outfits. But if their favorite princess dress or superhero shirt makes them shine, let’s embrace it! Personality portraits are about capturing them in their element.
How do sibling photos work?
Have siblings? No problem! Book back-to-back slots at a sibling rate, and we’ll capture both individual portraits and sibling shots. For families with more than one kid, book back-to-back sessions (one for each kid). That way, every child gets their moment to shine, plus a full sibling photo together.
